ABSTRACT ART | The dutch pour is a contemporary technique of fluid art used to create this piece.

This beautiful abstract artwork was created using the dutch pour technique. This fluid art technique was created and made popular by Artist Rinske Douna. For me, this technique is about the balance of space, texture, and movement. Rinske mixes acrylic paints with water and then blows the paints across the canvas to create an organic design. Many other artists including myself also add a paint conditioner, flood floetrol, to the paint. Floetrol adds biners to the paint to keep it from breaking down. Both recipes work but your style will dictate what works best for you. Please subscribe and comment. If there is a style of fluid art that you wish for me to try drop it in the comments below.
