This is How I Created This Fluid Art Bloom Swipe Using the SHELEE ART CELL ACTIVATOR RECIPE!

Today I will be doing a bloom swipe on a 15-inch wood round. This piece once cured with be sealed with resin and will go on sale in my ETSY store. In this swipe, I will swipe with the shelee art cell activator to create beautiful multi-color cells. All colors used in this fluid art piece are listed below.
